This decaf coffee comes from the Huila region in southern Colombia and is produced by the Monkaaba collective under the direction of Esnaider Ortega. Sourced from the harvests of 10 producers, including José Burbano, it stands out for its complexity and smoothness. Decaffeinated using ethyl acetate, a natural method derived from cane sugar, it retains its fruity aromas. Grown at 1950 meters altitude, it is carefully picked and processed to offer exceptional quality.
